Regarding price, think it's attractive and competitive value for money for Newquay. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and the breakfast was sensational. On arrival the room was very clean...

The property is just QUIET. We booked a private double room with a sunny balcony, we really loved it. Besides, there was car parking nearby.
